When does your season start and end?
We open May 31st and stay open until mid October (weather permitting).
What is your capacity?
The Hamilton Harbour Queen is certified to hold 199 passengers.
Are you licensed?
Yes, we are fully licensed to serve alcohol. We have two cash bars on board; one is located on the upper deck and one on the lower deck.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, for our dining cruises we need at least 48 hours notice for catering purposes. For our sightseeing and party cruises, we encourage you to buy a ticket in advance, as we only go out if we have at least 20 people booked but we do take walk ups for those.
Do you hold private events?

Do you accommodate large parties?
Yes we do. Please note that all our dining cruises are assigned seating. If you wish for your party to sit together please call or email us 48 hrs in advance to request seating.
What are your prices?
Our prices vary depending on which cruise you will be boarding. To find out more head on over to our ticket page.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts to students and seniors, as well as group rates.
How many people qualify for a group rate?
Group rates are given to parties with 20 or more people.
Do you issue refunds?
Our tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE, and there are no refunds for future sales on tickets.
When should I board?
Boarding starts half hour before cruise time. Passengers should be on board before departure as we will not wait for late comers.
Where is the boat located?
We are located at 47 Discovery Drive, Hamilton, docked behind the Williams Cafe.
If I ordered online, do I need a physical ticket?
No, once you have received your order confirmation email your name will be recorded in our system. On the day of the cruise, you only need to bring an ID to board. We do not mail out physical tickets.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there is free parking located at Pier 8 where the boat is docked.
